Operational Territory
Jyntrava operates exclusively within the borders of Monaco. We do not offer shipping, sales, or support for addresses situated outside the Principality. By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery location is within our specified operational zone.
Legal and Regulatory Framework
Our commercial practices are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Specifically, we operate in accordance with Law No. 1.383 of 2 August 2011 on the Digital Economy, as updated by Law No. 1.578 of 1 July 2025, which modernises the framework for electronic contracts and transactions.
Furthermore, our business aligns with the consumer protection standards overseen by the Direction de l'Expansion Économique. We ensure that all pre-contractual information, including delivery timelines and total costs, is presented clearly to prevent any ambiguity.
Orders and Dispatch
When you select a piece from our collection, we begin a specific processing cycle. We require 24 hours for order packaging and shipping preparation. Once this internal process is complete, the logistics phase begins.
Our total delivery timeline typically spans between 2-3 business days.
Regarding cancellations, we offer a window of flexibility. You may cancel your order at any time while the product remains in our possession. However, once the item has been dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, order cancellations are no longer possible. At this stage, the item cannot be halted or redirected.
Payment Terms
To ensure a straightforward experience, we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means the full transaction occurs at your doorstep upon the arrival of your package. We maintain a transparent policy regarding costs; there are no hidden charges or additional shipping fees added to your total at the time of delivery. COD helps us build an environment of trust and transparency.
You pay exactly the price displayed at the point of purchase.
Returns and Replacements
We provide a 30-day return policy which commences on the day your package is delivered. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If such an event occurs, please contact our team at help@jyntrava.com.
Once notified, we will arrange a courier pickup from your location at no additional cost to you. Upon the item reaching our facility, we conduct a thorough inspection of its condition within 24 hours. Following this assessment:
- We will arrange a replacement for the item if available
- If a replacement or the specific size is unavailable, or if the damage is beyond repair, we will initiate a full refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. We encourage our patrons to review their selections thoroughly before confirming an order to ensure they are certain of their purchase.
Furthermore, we do not apply any restocking fees for returned items that meet our criteria.
Refund Procedure
Since our transactions are conducted via COD, we do not hold your electronic payment details. If a refund is approved following our inspection, we will contact you via help@jyntrava.com to request your bank details.
Once we receive this information, the refund is initiated through a bank transfer, within 24 hours of receiving your bank information. After the transfer is processed on our end, it usually takes between 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. This duration depends entirely on your specific banking provider’s internal processing times.
User Conduct and Google Compliance
In accordance with global digital standards and advertising policies, users are prohibited from:
- Providing false contact information or delivery addresses.
- Attempting to bypass our COD system.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities that disrupt our service.
We ensure that all product descriptions and imagery are as accurate as possible to provide a transparent shopping environment. We do not use deceptive tactics to influence your purchasing decisions.

Our support team is available to assist with any queries or concerns you may have regarding our dresses or your order status. We are active from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Central European Time (CET).

Limitation of Liability
Jyntrava shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather issues or local transport disruptions within Monaco. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.
