Eligibility for Returns

Our return process is specifically reserved for instances where a product is damaged upon arrival or if an incorrect item or size has been dispatched. Collection and Inspection

Once your request is acknowledged, we will arrange a courier pickup from your address in Monaco. This service is provided at no charge to the customer; the cost of returning the item is entirely on us.

When the item reaches our facility, our team performs a detailed assessment of its condition. This inspection is completed within 24 hours of receipt. We check the item against the reported fault to determine the appropriate next step.

Replacements and Refund Criteria

Following the inspection, we will take one of the following actions:

  1. Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a new piece to be delivered to you.
  2. Refund: If the damage is beyond repair, or if the specific item or size is no longer available, we will provide a full refund.

We do not charge any restocking fees for items that meet our return criteria. Our goal is to resolve discrepancies quickly and without extra cost to you.

Refund Processing via Bank Transfer

Because Jyntrava operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not have access to your banking information at the time of purchase. If a refund is approved, we will contact you via help@jyntrava.com to request your bank details.

Upon receiving these details, we initiate the refund via bank transfer, within 24 hours of receiving your details. Once processed by our team, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Please be aware that the exact timing depends on your individual banking provider's internal systems.
